Claudia Solis-Roman is an Associate Research Scientist and lead analyst at HEAL. She conducts econometric analyses to evaluate programs. She is currently evaluating collaborative care treatment for mental health conditions and care management using Medicaid claims. Prior to this, Claudia researched evolving expenses in the healthcare system, tax treatment of health insurance, forecasting models of the marketplaces, health care utilization among Medicare eligible populations, and health insurance take up, health spending, and firm behavior following ACA reforms. She was a teaching assistant for graduate statistics and management courses at NYU and a research assistant at Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health. She received her master's in Public Administration from New York University’s Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and her bachelor's in Public and International Affairs from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School.
